Italian Potato Salad


This recipe is most loved in the patients looking for a healthy weight gain and elders aspiring a healthy aging.

INGREDIENTS


boiled potatoes - 1/2 kg
white til - 200 Gms
Salt & pepper - to taste
lemon juice - 2 tbsp
coriander leaves - Few

METHOD

Dice the potatoes with the skin or without. Roast til & grind. Now take a bowl & add til, salt & pepper, lemon juice. Mix well & add onto potatoes. Serve cold garnished with coriander leaves
