CABBAGE SOUP

Cabbage is a leafy vegetable, which can be used for the treatment of constipation, stomach ulcers, headache, skin disorders, jaundice, scurvy, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, eye disorders, and heart diseases.

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage - 1/2 no.
Onion- 1/2 no.
Tomato - 1/2 no.
Mushrooms - 2 no.
Parsley - few stalks
Pepper - 2 tsp
Wheat flour - 2 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

METHOD

  1. • Finely dice all the vegetables.
  2. • Heat oil in a pan, and saute all vegetables for 5 min.
  3. • Add wheat flour, parsley, pepper, salt, and 2-3 cups of water.
  4. • Simmer for 10-15 min.
  5. • Serve hot.
