FLAX SEEDS CHUTNEY

Flaxseed is one of the functional foods that benefit people with diabetes and dyslipidemia. Flaxseed is rich in omega-3, lignan, and dietary fiber. It also helps in diet planning while treating PCOS.

INGREDIENTS

Flaxseeds - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 2-3 pod
Roasted Split chana dal/ Dalia - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Coriander - few stalks
Salt - to taste

METHOD
 
  1. • Dry roast flaxseeds for 5 min.
  2. • Now grind all the ingredients with roasted flaxseeds. Add a little water if required.
  3. • Serve with rice, idli, dosa, or paratha.
