Flaxseeds - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 2-3 pod
Roasted Split chana dal/ Dalia - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Coriander - few stalks
Salt - to taste
- • Dry roast flaxseeds for 5 min.
- • Now grind all the ingredients with roasted flaxseeds. Add a little water if required.
- • Serve with rice, idli, dosa, or paratha.
