Khasta Roti

INGREDIENTS

Oat Meal Flour - 2 tsp
Wheat Flour - 2 tsp
Oat Bran - 1 tsp
Ajwian- 1/4 tsp.
Zero Sugar - 3 tsp
Low fat Butter (optional) - 1 tsp
Skimmed Milk- 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste

METHOD

Mix all the flours together in a large mixing bowl. Dissolve salt and sugar in milk. Add butter to the flour and mix well, add ajwian & milk mix well, to make smooth dough. Now make roties and roast on a non stick tawa until golden, brown the both sides. Serve hot.
