MIX VEGETABLE SOUP

This helps to detoxify the body. Aids in healthy aging and improving digestive health.

INGREDIENTS

Carrot(Finely diced) - 100 gm
Green peas - 50 gm
Potato - 1 no.
Onion - 1-2 no.
Tomato - 2 no.
Vegetable stock - 2 cup
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

METHOD
 
  1. • Heat oil in a pan, and fry the onions.
  2. • Add the tomatoes, potato, carrot, and green peas.
  3. • Fry them for five to ten minutes.
  4. • Add vegetable stock, black pepper powder, red chilly flakes, and salt.
  5. • Boil for ten minutes and serve hot.
