Carrot(Finely diced) - 100 gm
Green peas - 50 gm
Potato - 1 no.
Onion - 1-2 no.
Tomato - 2 no.
Vegetable stock - 2 cup
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
- • Heat oil in a pan, and fry the onions.
- • Add the tomatoes, potato, carrot, and green peas.
- • Fry them for five to ten minutes.
- • Add vegetable stock, black pepper powder, red chilly flakes, and salt.
- • Boil for ten minutes and serve hot.
