Moong Dal Cheela

INGREDIENTS

1-cup moog dal whole
1 tsp ginger fine chopped
2 green clillies chopped
1 onion fine chop
2-3 tbsp spinach leaves fine shredded or chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Asafeotida a pinch
Olive oil for grilling
Salt/pepper to taste

METHOD

Soak moong dal over night and blend in a mixer with green chillies and ginger to smooth paste. Add 1 cup water, mix well to make a smooth thin batter. Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat non-stick pan with oil, pour 1 tbsp batter and grill till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot
