Moong Dal Dosa

Cooking time: 50 mins


1-cup moong dal (soaked overnight)
1-2 onions chopped
1/2 cup blanched & chopped spinach
2-3 green chilies chopped
A few coriander leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Cup curd
1/2 cup Brown Rice (soaked overnight)


Grind the dal & rice make the batter with curd.. Add onions, spinach, green chilies & spices. Now make dosas out of the batter in a non-stick pan, & serve hot with chutney
