Paneer Bhurji

Paneer is an excellent source of calcium and protein that helps in building strong bones, teeth, and muscles.

INGREDIENTS

Cottage cheese(Paneer) - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no.
Green chilies - 1-2 no.
Tomato - 1 no.
Capsicum - 1 no.
Turmeric - 2 tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Coriander - few twigs
Salt - to taste

METHOD

  1. • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add finely chopped onions and green chillies and saute them till the onions are pink..
  2. • Add chopped tomatoes, spices, salt and cook till the masala is well done. Add diced capsicum and cook for 5 min in the masala.
  3. • Crumble the paneer and add to the masala.
  4. • Cover and cook for 5 min and then add little chopped coriander, mix it and cook for another 5 min.
