Soya Koftas

INGREDIENTS

1-cup soy bean flour
250 Gms bottle gourd, grated
1 tsp olive oil / salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder / 1/4 tsp turmeric powder for Gravy

2 onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
3-4 cloves garlic fine chopped
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1 tsp chilli powder /1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp melon musk seed’s paste
1 tsp olive oil / salt to taste
1 cup water / 3 tsp coriander

METHOD

Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add the bottle gourd, chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Close lid and cook for 5 min. and the soy flour & green chilies and toss for 3-4 min.when cool shape into small round balls. Roast in a non-stick pan with very little oil till golden brown.
For gravy

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and add onions/ ginger; sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes and all spices, paste and salt. Sauté for 4-5 min. add water and bring to a boil. Add the koftas and leave it on low heat for 5 min garnish with coriander
