Soy Manchurian

INGREDIENTS

250 Gms soy chunks
1 medium onion fine chopped
1 medium garlic fine chopped
7-8 green chillies slit
2 tsp wheat flour
1 tsp chili sauce (green)
1 onion diced
1 capsicum diced
Salt & pepper to taste
Little water for mixing wheat flour
Oil for shallow frying (optional)
Coriander leaves for garnish

METHOD

Shallow fry soy nuggets, drain on absorbent paper or you can bake it also. Take oil sauté onions till golden brown. Add garlic & green chillies. Cook for some time. Add around 2 cups of water. Let it boil. Add the chili sauce Add wheat flour mixed with little water let it attain the desired consistency. Add the diced onion, diced capsicums. Cook for some time. Add the shallow fried soy nuggets. Lastly check the seasoning. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
