Soyamilk and Fruit Smoothie

Soya milk is high in protein and contains isoflavones, which protect our cells and DNA against oxidative stress, thereby reducing fatigue and weakness. This property of the smoothie makes it a powerful energy booster.

INGREDIENTS

Soya milk - 2 cup
Apple - 1 no.
Almonds - 3-4 no.
Banana - 1 no.
Cinnamon (Dalchini) powder - 1/4 tsp

METHOD

  1. • Blend all the ingredients (except for the almonds) in a mixer.
  2. • Pour the smoothie in tall glasses.
  3. • Garnish with sliced almonds and serve immediately..
