Tofu Tikka


Amazing yummy and nutritious recipe to satisfy your taste buds while you are on a post pregnancy diet plan or perimenopausal diet plan.
 
INGREDIENTS

Tofu - 100 gm
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 1
Curd ( thick ) - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - a pinch
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to taste

METHOD
 
  1. • Cut tofu into pieces.
  2. • Cut capsium , tomato into pieces.
  3. • Mix curd with turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, amchur powder, garam masala powder, salt in a bowl.
  4. • Mix tofu, capsicum, tomato with curd, marinate for 2 hours.
  5. • Arrange tofu, capsicum, tomato pieces in skewers.
  6. • Heat oil in a skillet.
  7. • Arrange skewers on a skillet, turn on all sides and cook.
  8. • When tofu, capsicum are cooked, serve hot.
