Chicken Babeque

Chicken barbeque is a simple recipe, which is full of first class proteins. Such proteins are invaluable in building the muscles of the body healthily. This is one of the tastiest healthy recipe that aids in weight loss and helps build back health post pregnancy.


Chicken Legs - 1/2 Kg
Garlic gloves - 8 no.
Chili powder - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - a small piece
Curds - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste

  1. • Grind garlic, ginger, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt into a fine paste.
  2. • Marinate the chicken with the paste and curds.
  3. • Keep aside for an hour.
  4. • Grill the chicken until cooked from all sides.
  5. • Serve hot.
