Soya khakras are high in proteins and make a healthy substitute for bakery products like biscuits. They are ideal breakfast or evening snacks.


Soya flour - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 cups
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste


  1. • Mix the flour with all of the above ingredients. Knead it by adding water little by little. Do not make the dough too soft.
  2. • Keep aside for 30 minutes and equally divide the dough and make small balls.
  3. • Then roll these balls into medium-sized thin rotis.
  4. • Dry roast on a pan till each of them becomes crisp.
